An efficient press relations and communications department is ready to help and available to advise you in staging your event.

Security
A team specialised in the management and prevention of security of goods and people.

According to the type of event, we off you competent, appropriate security personnel: a security officer for monitoring, filtering, and access control services, and a dog handler

Fire safety: any event must be accompanied by a fire safety team in accordance with the regulations. SSIAP 1 and SSIAP 2 agents and a safety officer will be offered to you.

Exposition & General Installations

We offer you solutions adapted to your needs: basic or customised stand, furniture, signage.

There is a department ready to help manage your exhibitors and their needs.

Here's what we can offer you according to your needs:

- Interior: banner carriers, self-supporting panels, elliptical totems, tarps, kakemonos, flower base panels, directional panels, various dressing (pillars, desks, etc.), dynamic displays on screens

- Exterior: tarps, standing signs, mat kakemonos, beach flags, letters, directional panels, totems.

We can support you in researching the placement of furniture and the creation of ambiance by putting you in contact with decorators and specialists for the event.

ISO 20121

Dealing with environmental issues is a priority for Toulouse Événements. For this very reason, our 3 sites (Pierre Baudis Congress Centre, MEETT Toulouse Exhibition & Convention Centre and Espaces Vanel) have been ISO 20121 certified since july 2022. This international standard was developed to promote responsible consumption and mitigate the negative effects on local infrastructure and public services, thereby reducing the risk of conflict within the communities hosting the events.
